Over the last two years, I had the good fortune of working closely with Arne Gronningsater on the reconstruction of a private residence. I am an architect with a small residential firm on Cape Cod and the project was in Lexington. As we are a 1.5 hour drive from the site, Arne was our eyes and connection to the project.
